After what seemed liked forever trying to decide on my wedding band (via several emails and phonecalls back and forth to Hireaband) I know I made the right decision on whom I chose. I have to commend Heather for all her time, patience and recommendations on helping me select my band. No request (and there was many) was too difficult for her. Such a difficult decision to make (probably harder than picking my dress) but we got there in the end. Due to having a winter wedding (1st December) and with the everchanging climate, i would definately recommend anyone to book via Hireband, certainly for peace of mind if nothing else. No stress whatsoever and all arrangements ran like clockwork. Once I heard Angela from the band Life and Sould playing our first dance "From This Moment by Shania Twain", I knew the rest of the night would be amazing. Have had nothing but praise for the band from all our guests, even my friends husband who "never" dances was up almost all night strutting his moves. They played for all age groups and the icing on the cake was the requested Christmas songs, just added to the wedding/christmas atmosphere. Only disappointment on my part was I didnt get my half hour ceilidh as requested. On reflection, this was due to not many getting up to dance to these songs so the band obviously know how to judge a crowd and swiftly get the crowd up. Overall, 10/10, thanks for a great evening!
