The Soul Kings are a trio of soul singers whose visuals capture the audiences attention from the moment they slide on stage. They're immaculately turned out in the very latest (for 1977) matching outfits, made from only the finest man made fibres (1,000 little polyesters died to make their suits!) They sport massive trendy afros and wear wrap around shades. But, despite the humorous visuals, they are more than capable of a sparkling vocal/harmony performance and pay the songs of the 70's real homage. Respec'!
Their pedigree speaks for itself; some of their previous triumphs include a performance for the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan in, you guessed it... Azerbaijan, to entertain at the annual energy conference for the oil industry.
They've supported Miss Dynamite and Culture Club at Edinburgh's New Year Festival in Princes Street Gardens 2002 -2003.
One client brought his friends and relatives from London to Skibo Castle and invited the Soul Kings to headline the party. The client then booked the band for a repeat performance, this time in London.
