Just to say how delighted we were with Thistle Dubh when we hired them for our recent wedding at Airth Castle.  They were very organised and professional and set up very quickly without us even noticing.  Alistair and the rest of the band members built up a fantastic rapport with our guests and had us smiling and dancing all night!  The ceilidh dances were excellent and it was a great help that the dances were all called and explained which meant everyone could join in and understand what to do.  The dancefloor was never empty during both the ceilidh and disco (apart from during the buffet break) and so many of our guests commented on how fantastic and friendly yet professioanl the band was.  Thank you so much to Alistair and the rest of the band for making our wedding reception so memorable and our wedding day end with a bang.  I would highly recommend Thistle Dubh to everyone!  Elaine & Alan Sigurdsson, Wedding, Airth Castle, April 2008.
