The Features

"The Features were worth every penny! We selected their 11-musician line up for our annual summer event and were not disappointed by the level of showmanship, it was outstanding."

A Supreme Events Band, performing Globally since 2012, The Features offer vivid energy and musical brilliance, wrapped in a luxurious package.

Overview

The Features are a fantastic choice if you're after the whole entertainment package with a varied repertoire to please everyone and tons of experience (well beyond their years), not forgetting their sheer musical talent!

This band's line-up consists of vocals, keyboards, guitars, bass, drums and saxophone, with the option of adding a full brass section, percussion, additional vocals and strings for a bigger sound. The Features are fronted by up to a 5-piece vocal section who are certainly a force to be reckoned with! Fabulous lead vocalist Ashley Jane Welberry has experience performing at Her Majesty's Theatre and The Royal Festival Hall. With rich soulful harmonies from the other vocalists and the presence of a male vocalist/rapper in all of their line-ups, this band is well equipped to cover a massive array of songs, performing them with authenticity and impressive musical skill.

The Features have an extensive repertoire spanning the genres and the decades, with 1950's classics and recent chart hits and everything in between. Numbers like 'Blame it On The Boogie' (Jackson 5) and 'Disco Inferno' (The Trammps) get people up and dancing, while 'Hey Ya' (Outkast) and 'You've Got The Love' (Florence & The Machine) are bound to get everyone singing along, so your guests are sure to have a fantastic time! You can check out their sample repertoire in the 'setlist' tab.

This band prioritises flexibility, they have created five packages (Bronze to Diamond) for you with varying lengths & structures of performances and prices adjusted accordingly. This ensures that you are receiving the closest possible entertainment to what you need and want - it's as simple as that! They can even add on staging and a full lighting package with dedicated technician. Additional add-ons include a DJ/Sax combo and a daytime trio.

The Features also believe efficiency and professionalism are paramount when providing entertainment for your event, so they come smartly dressed in sharp suits and evening dresses, and they are totally equipped, with a sound man, lighting, high quality PA equipment. That's not to forget their trusty band wagon Bertie that enables them to venture further than their base in Buckinghamshire and travel nationwide even abroad!

The band have gained a lot of experience playing all over the country even in just a few years, with corporate clients including The Metropolitan Police, Marks & Spencer and Bourne Leisure and having performed at many high profile hotels and Masonic Dinners. They also play for many weddings - there are a couple of reviews left by couples under the tab at the top of the page.

We promise they will make a good impression on all your guests, and they will be friendly and easy for you to work with - their experience means they understand the organisation and logistics of events and venues. Although not inexpensive, The Features are certainly versatile, talented and exciting, and we're sure you won't be disappointed!! You can check out a couple of their audio tracks and the video at the side of this page to get an idea of the quality you're getting.
