Love ABBA, but don't have the room or the budget for a full tribute show? Meet Abbatones.
Abbatones are an ABBA tribute duo. They're two experienced, professional female singers who bring the glamour, the moves and the hits of the Swedish superstars to your party. What people remember most is the warmth: the girls get everyone involved, and clients tell us again and again that the dance floor was full from the first song to the last. For bigger events, Abbatones can also perform as a four-piece band with piano and guitar.
What's included
- Line-up: two female vocalists as standard, or a four-piece band (two singers, piano and guitar) on request
- Performance: 2 x 45-minute sets of the ABBA classics everyone knows, from Waterloo to Dancing Queen
- Equipment: their own PA system and stage lighting
- Peace of mind: public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment
Perfect for
Birthday parties (they're a favourite for 21sts and 50ths), hen nights, weddings, anniversaries, village hall tribute nights and corporate events. They also make a brilliant surprise. Several clients have kept the booking secret right up until the girls walked in, and the reaction is always worth it.
Where do Abbatones perform?
Right across Scotland. Recent bookings include Creebridge House Hotel in Newton Stewart, Arndean House in Powmill, Dalgarven House in Ayrshire, the Cadder Freemason Club in Bishopbriggs, Pollokshields Burgh Hall in Glasgow and the Clyde Clipper in Greenock. They've also played parties in Edinburgh and Bearsden.
