Hosen Brass are one of the UK's leading Oompah Bands and one of only two exponents of the Pop-Oompah Fusion that is currently growing in popularity all around the country.
Based in Birmingham we pride ourselves on being a non-traditional oompah, targeting younger (15-40yrs old) audiences and getting them engaged in not only the wonders of Bavaria but also of Brass Instruments that seem to be a dying breed.
We've rocked audiences of 45,000 people with our diverse repertoire including songs such as Katy Perry's 'Firework' to older tracks such as The Beach Boys' 'I Get Around'. Our repertoire also includes Bon Jovi, Rage Against The Machine, PSY and Lady Gaga.
We've appeared on ITV, MCTV, Sky Sports and in April we were being interviewed on BBC radio as well as having a residency on a Saturday night at Katzenjammers Bierkeller in London (recently voted best place to visit in Europe). We have also recently been working towards this years Snowbombing Festival in Austria.
