Overview
In Stereo Acoustic Duo are an upbeat, fun, stylish and exciting acoustic duo and can provide both high energy and more laid-back performances to suit a client’s event’s needs.
We (Emily and David) are lifelong friends and together bring laughs and real atmosphere to a musical set that covers a wide variety of rock, pop, indie, dance and folk from the last 30 years plus some classic tunes thrown in too! We also love mash ups and medleys and give a new twist to well-known tunes.
We are both experienced musicians with many years’ experience in a variety of bands, duo’s and as solo artists. We are both lead vocalists and can offer unique female/male vocal harmonies and our sets include acoustic guitars, percussion and a cajon drum providing a fuller band sound but for the cost of a duo.
There is also the option to include piano for a more laid-back performance and together with our playlist DJ service in between and after live sets we can cater for all a client’s musical needs in one compact package. Whether you are looking for a festival vibe, an intimate gathering or a bouncing dancefloor we will guarantee to really get the party started!

Emily & David came and played at a charity barn dance I’d organised to raise money for MacMillan last month. Communication with them was spot on in the run up to the party. They were absolutely amazing and played such a wide variety of music which had everyone up dancing throughout the night!! Everyone I saw after the party were commenting on how good the band were! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a duo/band for a party. If/When I organise another party you guys will definitely be top of my list as our entertainment! And I can’t wait to be able to come and see you play somewhere where I’m not having to organise it
Emily and David where recommended to me by a friend. I am quite fussy with my musicians and wanted to host a festival birthday party. I booked Emily and David and was blown away, they were just fantastic, I was so glad I booked them.

They are great musicians and you can tell they love what they do. Would highly recommend, for any and every event they really brought the party and the sunshine!
Emily and David played at my 40th birthday party last Summer. Communication and planning before the party was very professional. We had so much fun on the night, they played a great range of covers and they really got the party going. They are both great singers and musicians and the atmosphere was fab.
