We knew Yes Men would be great but they far exceeded our expectations, they were truly outstanding. The equipment, preparation and delivery were completely professional in every way. You can see they clearly love what they do and put their heart and souls into their performance. Everyone absolutely loved them and we had the best night ever because of their brilliance. WOW – this is the band of my dreams! What a great range of absolutely banging tunes. The repertoire and the quality of the performances was more than I had hoped for. It truly made my wedding day bloody brilliant! The guests didn’t stop talking about them for days. Don was great to chat to before the event, and happy to start our first dance song as something traditional before surprising the guests by breaking in to Nirvana – amazing! Would definitely book again…and hope to!

We hired Yes MEn for our wedding reception in the middle of August and well…. awesome performance; we gave them free rein regarding song choice and they didn’t disappoint. They played an eclectic couple of sets to an international crowd – our guests were from, Germany, Austria, Botswana, Zambia, Wales and of course England. We opted for the four piece – we had to have the keyboard after listening to their repertoire and hearing their cover of Van Halen’s Jump, and looking back we wouldn’t have had it any other way! The whole process from initial booking was extremely simple and it gave us confidence when Don rang up for a chat to get an understanding of what we had in mind… we only had one request… NO Blur or Oasis! On the day Yes Men rocked up in good time and are a lovely bunch of guys. It didn’t take them long to get set up in the venue – being a quaint countryside pub in Oxfordshire. Our guests were grooving along to the soundcheck both in the pub and in the courtyard and it only got better! The dance floor was never empty and you’ve never seen a bride air guitar as fiercely! Not only would we recommend Yes MEn to our friends and family (most of them were there, ha ha!!!), all of our guests were very complimentary of them and wanted to know how and where we found them. Every song was fantastic, the way the band played together and vocally – they just encouraged a party! Thank you Yes Men, we definitely chose well and we will never forget how you rocked our wedding.

The band played such good tunes throughout the night! The energy was amazing, the dance floor was packed and they played longer than they were supposed to – legends!!

We’ve just got home from our honeymoon and were saying while we were away that we must email you guys as soon as we got back to say a huge thank you to all four of you for coming so far for our wedding. We are so pleased that you were recommended to us and our gamble on not hearing you play before paid off. We absolutely loved you all, as did all of our guests. We really do think that you made the evening of our wedding. And to top it off you are all such lovely guys, it was like having friends play rather than just another band, so a huge thank you to you and the boys again. I hope it wasn’t too tiring for you the drive, but as you say brushing up on your language skills is always fun and French food – yum! Everyone complimented us on how good and how much fun you are, so hopefully you might get a few new bookings through us in the future. We will definitely be recommending you all to anyone who will listen! If you ever need any references, please feel free to give us a shout we couldn’t recommend you enough. Now I just need to get on with organising another party so I can book you guys again, haha!

I Just wanted to thank you all once again for making my 40th party such a huge success and such a fabulously fun evening. Everyone was amazed and thoroughly enjoyed the evening and you guys were the ones who made it so. In the end, everyone was dancing, even my Dad and boss! You were fab at tuning into what people were enjoying and you continued to play similar style songs to keep the interest. I cannot recommend you strongly enough. You were great. Many thanks chaps. We asked the band to perform at our wedding this year. I can’t speak highly enough of their performance from playing our first dance to keeping friends and family of all ages on the dance floor throughout the evening. We received fantastic feedback from all our guests so I was extremely happy as choosing the band was one of my only jobs!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. Last night was fabulous! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the party, made extra special by your performance. You got everyone up and dancing and having fun. It was exactly the kind of music and feel we wanted and everyone has commented on how good you were. You were still getting talked about in the office this morning. We hired Yes Men for our wedding on the 21st May 2016 at Bruisyard Hall and from the run up they were brilliant – sending us a list of songs for us to choose and give them an idea of what we want. On the night itself they were absolutely fantastic. From the very first dance and for the remainder of the night the dance floor was packed and dancing to every song. Even the tracks they played during their breaks kept the guests dancing. They were professional in their appearance, punctuality and performance. One of our guests texted me this the following day: “Swifty your band were amazing. I have paid lots of money to see bands at gigs and they were better than many of those. They were awesome”. If you are looking for a band at any event or wedding then Yes Men are who you need to book. They smashed it on the night.

Great job last night, you guys stole the show. You’re the best band I’ve seen play at a wedding, and everyone else had similar feedback – I think the carnage you saw unfolding before you was proof of that! Thanks for humouring us, you made the day even more special!!

Michele and I only just returned from holiday last night and are now getting round to say our thanks to everyone. From both of us, we just wanted to say what a fantastic evening’s entertainment you guys provided. We, and our guests, couldn’t have asked for a better time. I loved how you interacted with the crowd and how every song was on the money and kept guests up on the dance floor all night from the very start (which doesn’t always happen!). Thank you also for the ease of communication in the run up to the night and to the band for learning the song ‘The One’, which I now hope a few others choose so it comes in useful! Please feel free to use any of the comments here as feedback on your website etc. It was a brilliant day and evening all in one, and you were a large part of that.

I could not have been more impressed with the service and quality of act from Yes Men. They were incredibly helpful when we had to postpone our wedding last year. Don was always on hand to help with anything that came up. As soon as they began setting up, our guests and us could all tell Yes Men were going to be a great experience. They did a fantastic job of learning our first dance song and made the night incredibly special for two rock and metal enthusiasts. Thank you once again for an amazing evening of music

5 stars… Don and the band brought such an amazing atmosphere to the evening and everyone involved absolutely loved it. All our guests had nothing but positive things to say after the wedding and it truly made the night extra memorable. They had excellent communication, were very easy to work with and provided a “no-hassle” professional event. Excellent service, talent, showmanship, entertainment, communication… the list goes on. I cannot recommend them enough!

Wow. You guys made our wedding. It was our hope and you did not disappoint. Our guests were absolutely blown away and you were the talk of the evening. There were moments when people were just standing and staring on the dance floor, absolutely in awe at your solos or the way you were able to improvise on our favourite requests. The rest of the time there was just non-stop singing and dancing. We were a small wedding party of just 60 but your energy was so big you made it feel like so much more, yet at the same time kept that intimate vibe we had striven for. We ended our wedding in the best way; with people wanting more! The best wedding band I have heard in 25 weddings so thank you for making it ours!

We recently hired Don & band for our wedding – including acoustic set post-ceremony and then three piece band for the evening. Not sure you could find a better wedding band. Guests had the most amazing night and we had brilliant feedback as well as the most amazing party! Highly recommend.
